01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CATCHFINGER Lead Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including Service Providers (Vendors) and Admin users.

02Platform Purpose

CATCHFINGER provides a lead marketplace where verified customer requirements ("Leads") are made available for purchase to registered Service Providers (Interior Designers, Property Builders, etc.). We act as an intermediary connecting professional demand with verified consumer supply.

03Lead Quality & Verification

While CATCHFINGER performs manual audits and phone verifications for leads, we do not guarantee the final conversion of any purchased lead. The purchase grants access to contact information; the success of the business transaction depends solely on the Service Provider's engagement with the customer.

04Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments for leads and featured listings are processed via Razorpay.
• "Pay-per-Lead" transactions are final once the contact information is unlocked.
• Refunds are handled manually at the discretion of the Admin if a lead is proven to be fraudulent or completely inactive within 24 hours of purchase.
• Featured Listing payments (₹999/yr) are non-refundable once the activation is live.

05Service Provider Conduct

Vendors must maintain professional integrity when contacting customers. Harassment, spamming, or sharing purchased lead data with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate profile blocking without refund.

06Modifications to Service

CATCHFINGER reserves the right to modify pricing, lead visibility logic, or platform features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service Provider Dashboard.
